Essentials - Pizza Dough

In cooking there are essentials, things you must know how to make because it's really useful. Pizza dough is one of those. Here share with you, my recipe of healthy pizza dough.
Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of virgin oil
- 1 package of active dry yeast
In a small bowl mix together yeast and 2 teaspoon of boiling water. Let it sit for at least 5 minutes in order for the yeast to activate.
In a large bowl put all the ingredients along with the yeast mixture. Stir everything together with a wooden spoon until you have a homogeneous pastry.
Than use your stand mixer and let it on for 5 minutes. If you choose to do it by hand knead for 10 minutes .
After kneading let the pastry sit for at least 30 minutes before rolling it into a pizza shape or anything other goodies that you want to make with the dough.
