Ingredients
500g ground beef
1 onion
2 garlic cloves
5 strands of parsley
3 ½ tablespoon of paprika
½ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon sparkling water
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper
Wash and chisel the parsley
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except from the olive oil.
Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper.
Wash your hands then form equal-sized small oval balls with the meat. Transfer to refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the sides are brown and center cooked.
Serve immediately with any kind of roasted vegetables.
