Vegan crackers

Bored of regular chips which are loaded up with salt and fat? Try those healthier vegan crackers.
Ingredients
60g (⅜ cups) chia seeds
90g sunflower seeds
20g sesame seeds
20g pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika
150ml water
First, mix chia seed and water in a bowl.
Let the mixture sit 15 minutes, so that the chia seeds grow in size and that the mixture thickens.
Preheat your oven at 150°C/300°F
Transfer this mixture in a larger bowl, add sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, salt, pepper and paprika.
Mix everything until well combine
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the mixture on the baking sheet then use a spatula to spread it.
Take your time while spreading, in order to spread the mixture as finely as possible.
Bake for 40 minutes at 150°C/300°F or until the crackers are crispy and very dry.
Finish the baking with 2 to 5 minutes under the grill.
Let the crackers cool completely before you break them into bitsize pieces.
Serve with hummus or guacamole or both.
