Dairy free chocolate truffles

Christmas is right around the corner, I am super excited!
Chocolate truffle are a must for Christmas but they are loaded with cream, hence I can not eat them. I could not cope with this, I had to find a dairy free version of those goodies. Here is the recipe of dairy free chocolate truffles.
Ingredients
250g dark chocolate
80g soy cream
1 tablespoon confectioner’s sugar
Cut chocolate in small pieces.
Place in a bowl with soy cream.
Melt the chocolate over a double boiler. This technique will prevent the chocolate from burning.
Add the sifted confectioner’s sugar.
Pour the mixture in a pan.
Allow it to cool for at least 2 hours.
When you are ready, form small balls with the chocolate.
Roll them in cocoa powder or any other powder of your choice.
Keep the truffles in a box in your fridge.
